Welcome to Martineau & Mindicanu

Martineau & Mindicanu was founded in 2010 to provide immigration services towards all Canadian provinces and territories. Be it to request permanent residence, a temporary status like a work permit, an authorization to study or a visitor visa, or to restore an expired status, our team will be there to guide you and answer all your immigration-related questions.

Our firm has a lawyer, a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant and a chartered administrator. We have all the required authorizations to represent you before the provincial governments as well as the federal one, regardless of the province of your preference.

Our offices are located in the city of Montreal, Canada, however we keep direct contact with clients from all over the world, be it by email, phone or videoconferences. Most Canadian immigration procedures are now online, which facilitates the application process. We offer services in English, French and Spanish, the preferred language of communication being at the choice of our clients.

At Martineau & Mindicanu, our team considers immigration an Art. We keep up-to-date with the constantly changing immigration law, regulations and procedures and put our years of experience and human values at the service of our clients.

Your project is unique and deserves a thorough and genuine consideration and we will be happy to assist you.

How to let us help you

Step 1. Preliminary consultation

The first step is to analyze your situation through a preliminary interview, in order to establish your eligibility for certain immigration programs, determine your chances and discuss possible strategies in your particular case, whether you intend to sponsor, immigrate, study, work or visit Canada.

The consultation is meant as a diagnosis of your profile and has informative purposes, so that you are clear on your chances, the steps to follow and offer you answers to your questions. The immigration procedures are complex, each Canadian province has its own rules and a thorough assessment is of key importance.

We believe that it is important that you have access to advice in respect to all provincial and federal immigration programs, so that you have a broad understanding of your options. If you have already started immigration procedures and need guidance in the process, the preliminary assessment will serve for this purpose as well.

Step 2. Representation services

After the initial consultation, should you be eligible and decide to start the immigration procedures with our office, and if we are able to represent you, the next step would be to sign a representation service agreement.

From there on, we will provide you with information regarding the documentation, forms, and procedures, we will guide you step by step, provide you with instructions, monitor continuously your eligibility, represent you before the Canadian authorities and offer you assistance all the way. We will also be there for you to answer your questions and take the necessary actions in order to maximize your chances to obtain permanent residence, work or study permit, or visitor visa.
